Wear your support for Nashville! There are a few outlets in which you can purchase cool tshirts and directly help flood relief efforts in Nashville!
Nashville Flood Tees has a wide selection of shirts for adults, infants and toddlers! Here is a sample of what's online

Proceeds go to Cross Point Church, Grace Church Nashville, United Way Williamson County andMusiCares. There are plenty of sizes, colors and choices. Also if you order in bulk there is a special discount! Shirts average about $20--I believe a very good price for a shirt. Nashville Flood Tees are also a great way to keep the history of this flood and share with your future kids or young ones that may not remember the devastation. For more info visit their website or their Facebook Page!
Another company bringing Flood Fashion is Cool People Care--among the variety of charities they support through t-shirts and other items they have a complete section featuring shirts, bags, posters and even iphone cases!

Proceeds from these items are going to Flood Relief and some items are even sold in limited amounts. Make sure you stop by the online store.
It is great to see Nashville express their support in so many outlets. It's also a great way for those who may not have the means to volunteer or give millions but to contribute in small amounts and create awareness. Support these great retailers!! Thanks to those who created such cool gear!
Gotta love this-kids spoofing The Hills and Jersey Shore....the next video should have Jon and Kate's little ones starring

I'm the sort of gal that listens to all types of music and Paramore is one of my obsessions--while many of us know her as the rock chick she is developing into a 2010's Gwen Stefani by tapping into the world of pop and hip hop
check out her covering Lady GaGa's Poker Face
Check this out-- new music first!! Check out her vocals on B.o.B's "Airplanes"

My boyfriend and I had the joy of adopting a dog almost a year ago...Flossie :) So to be the proud mamma I am I wanted you to meet her!

Flossie along with her siblings were left at the shelter in a cardboard box! How sad...however, since she has entered our home she has been loved on and experienced so many things! Not only has she enjoyed a loving home I have developed such a deep love and passion for animals because of the joy that can bring in ones life. It is so heart warming to arrive home to a puppy that will still love you even though they have been alone for a few hours...puppy kisses!

Anyway--I thought this would be a great way to show the rewards of adopting a pet instead of purchasing from a store. She was such a nervous dog and didn't know her true self...However, since bringing her in she had developed such a fun personality and has become a true character! If you have the means and time to care for an animal I would highly recommend it--the rewards are endless!
Pets are truly man's and woman's best friend!
If you need to know where to start, check out Agape Animal Rescue. We are helping host theirAnnual Glitter and Glam Auction and Wine Tasting on April 18th. Come out and support this great organization and check out all the cute animals that can be in your future!

My two favorite things have been combined into a restaurant of awesomeness--The Cool Springs Brewery in Franklin.
Located right off of Cool Springs Blvd--this place has a vibe that's fit for a romantic date, post work happy hours, a family night out or a dinner with friends. Two levels of seating, a full service bar and private rooms make for flexible seating and parties. All beer is brewed on site and fresh! You can also take a peek into the open air kitchen while the food is prepared. I went on a double date with my guy Crate and friends Heather and Corey. For a Saturday night there was a crowd-but there was room at the bar to enjoy a beverage before being seated. The TVs around the place entertained the men though March Madness while Heather and I chatted. My beverage of choice was Cool Spring Brewery's own Pecker Wrecker-an IPA with a light hoppy taste but still filled with flavor. On site they have about 5 to 10 custom brews on tap. For those who like a lil bit of everything flights with 5 ounce tasters are available. Menu wise there are plenty of tasty choices for everyone. Heather and Corey tried their sandwiches and wraps while Crate and I stuck to pizza and calzones. The hearty helpings were perfect for those with hungry stomachs and those who want lunch the next day. Our service was great, energetic and helpful! For a listing on the menu click . Make sure you're around the area of else you will torture yourself with wanting to go! The place also holds live music the perfectly compliments the atmosphere--when we went there was a jazz band playing that catered to all audiences!

See you around town!

Looks like the Jersey Shore style is about to fade away---or at least we could only hope

Republic Nightclub in New Orleans is starting to take notice. Are we really going to reject the well tanned, gelled, affliction wearing jersey shore wanna bes? Do we want to take the humor out of clubbing? No fist pumping for you? So sad--
The Jersey Shore cast is set to tape Season 2 in Miami--will they be welcomed with open arms or will they be greeted with a hand of rejection? We will have to wait and see!
