One of my favorite things to do is try our new places to eat so I give you my Nashville Eatery Adventures! It's an experience of yummy goodness through photos :) So for the first edition I bring you to....The Pfunky Griddle in Berry Hill!

As you arrive to this quaint cottage on the outskirts of downtown Nashville you are greeted with funky design, the smell of coffee and of course pancakes! The friendly staff greeted my boyfriend and I and were seated at this COOL table on the heated patio!

The table also serves as a griddle! Yes, you are the chef at this place! Unlimited pancakes await! Two pitchers of pancake batter are set on our table, our toppings are ordered and it's time to whip 'em up! I chose chocolate chip while Crate stayed simple with the standard pancakes and syrup...Did I mention you even get your own spatula for flipping?!?!

The pancakes were SO good! Also, the fact that I actually cooked them myself I felt quite special! Complete that with some bacon and juice--you got a wonderful Saturday afternoon brunch! We left completely stuffed and accomplished because not 1 pancake was burnt!

Breakfast at The Pfunky Griddle is served all day--grab your friends, throw a hat on and enjoy a morning of fresh cooked pancakes, prepared by you!! It was awesome!!

Jimmy Kimmel Live took notice of this and immediately cured her tears with a personal meeting with Justin. He handled the three year old like a champ...is it because they are so close in age???

Speaking of criers...Jake of The Bachelor FINALLY makes his decision...this season was honestly ruined by Reality Steve because I watched the finale in hopes that he was wrong...but he was not..he chose HER--by that I mean Vienna

WHY JAKE WHY?!?!?!?!?? I could post the other photo of the gal and rip her to shreds but I took a step back and thought hard before totally knocking her...We all have shady pasts and she deserves love too. So..as I hold back frustrations with the dude I will say congratulations and hope all goes well.

I think this is becoming easier for me because ALI is the next Bachelorette!!! WOO HOO!!!

She is cute, classy, TONS of FUN and will make a great Bachelorette! Now what do I watch until then? There are plenty of reality shows to keep my attention but my heart longs for the eye candy that Ali will get to experience through the next season...I get thrilled just thinking about it!

Well..back to watching Celebrity Rehab, Tool Academy and others..this week I will post a funny video of my puppy attacking the TV and will give you the scoop on a fun eatery around town

 I had the chance to check out the Yazoo Brewery tour a few weeks ago and let me say--it's some good stuff! For only 6 bucks you get a glass, samples and a tour of the Brewery itself! It is great to support local businesses and this one is a true grassroots story. They even have a taproom in which you can get Growlers To Go or stay in and try a few yourself :)

Alright-one thing i must put out there-I LOVE REALITY TV. So my Valentine's Day with my boyfriend was capped off with the season premiere of Tool Academy 3--so romantic :) let's just say that it never ceases to amaze me the crew of people VH1 brought in this season....

What's even better this season is that the tools are CO-ED! Yes--the arrival of the tool-ettes....This takes a turn for the worst however. In the beginning of the show the tool-ettes are "hot" according to the tools on the show; yet, when it is revealed why they are there the tool-ettes become "slutty". GUESS WHAT-YOU'RE ALL TOOLS!!!!! Every single one of you guys cheat, parade like your god's gift to earth and act very tool-like...just because you have something in between your legs does not give you a pass to share your love around and not be considered gross or promiscous...ANYWAY--besides that little rant the show was awesome and I cannot wait to see the future episodes...

Obviously, I'm Lauren Ruth :) you will hear me on The Party all around town getting into fun things as well as the voice of The Party Planner! Nashville is considered a second home to me--I grew up in Memphis and attended MTSU a few years ago..since then I have worked around the TN area and now back with The Party!

I love love love being active, pop culture, my dog and creative things...you will find me at shows, exploring nashville, trying new food, beer and wine as well as new things. Also, any bachelorette party that is going on this year I will most likely be at..being an ADPI alum it's wedding fever with my friends :)
